Attending Brown was a big step up from me after graduating from a public high school in Queens. I shook off my imposter syndrome and tried to embrace all Brown had to offer. I was President of Chapin House; Sport Director at WBRU, including doing color commentary of Brown basketball games, including our 1986 Ivy Championship Year and our NCAA Men’s College Basketball Game at mighty Syracuse. I cleaned dishes at the Ratty and was a TA for one of the entry level computer science courses. I majored in Computer Science before it was popular and Organizational Behavior and Management when it was. I made lifelong friends and I am so happy to be giving back.
